I'd like to use the keyboard shortcuts to navigate between only top-level headings in comment sections (for example: https://marginalrevolution.com/marginalrevolution/2023/01/is-the-nhs-the-uks-biggest-problem.html). However, the current shortcuts move you to the next or previous heading, not respecting the heading level.
