Unable to adjust the vertical length of the window on a certain website

Need the button of "reset" the floating window position and size.
Since I've encountered the problem again on websites such as sspai.com, where floating window cover my entire webpage and I am unable to adjust its position and size.(as shown in the picture)
Even if I reinstalled the extension, it didn't help.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! But unfortunately I cannot reproduce the problem.
It looks like a rare problem not easy to occur, and I think the bigger issue here is that it's not obvious how to "reset" the Smart TOC state for current site (i.e. to make it forget current faulty position/size) so user can re-open a normal/brand new one which will likely fix the problem.
I guess this better be added somehow.

lol. In fact, I can not reproduce the question right now, too. One time, I was haphazardly dragging and successfully got the floating frame back to its normal height.
I think the "reset" function you proposed is a good idea, which can solve many random and rare problems.
